Try eating food rich in vitamin D. Salmon, eggs, orange juice, and oatmeal are just a few examples – be sure to avoid those foods if you are allergic. 

Vitamin D supplements -look for a high quality D3 supplement and be sure to take it with food for better absorption. Vitamin D is fat soluble meaning it doesn’t dissolve in water.
